Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- All included accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items showing signs of use
- Custom or special-order items
- Gift cards and promotional items
Return Process
- Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond with return instructions and the return address.
- Items must be shipped back to us within 3 business days after receiving return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Approval
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approval or rejection of the return will depend on the item’s condition and compliance with our policy.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of communication or confirmed by email
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days of return approval
Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
